Return and Exchanges Policy
rouge wants you to be very happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return it and we will happily refund your money or exhange the item, as you prefer. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges are not available for sale items.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.
- All returned items must have the original sales receipt and all tags must be attached to the garment.
- The garment must be in its original and salable condition.
- ANY item with a crotch (thongs, panties) are not returnable.
- We cannot except returns on used or opened cosmetics or fragrances.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- All bathing suits must be tried on with undergarments. We cannot return or exchange garments that are unsanitary, have been worn, used or altered. rouge reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any items that do not meet its return standards.
- If you receive damaged merchandise or merchandise is missing tags, notify rouge immediately: 866.go.rouge or orders@rougeprinceton.com.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Please email us at returns@rougeonline.com or call us toll-free at 866-GOROUGE to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Please include your name, address, phone number, order number and return authorization # in your return. ALL returns must have the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the returned package or they will be refused and sent back at your expense.
Shipping Policy
All packages will be shipped via UPS. You choose the most convenient time frame for you!
- Proceed to checkout by clicking on the Google Checkout button found in your cart in order to choose your shipping option.
- Orders that are in stock will arrive within at most 10-15 business days via ground service.
- Express delivery is only available for in stock items.
- Customers will be contacted regarding backordered merchandise via email or by phone.
- Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to be eligible for next day shipping.
- We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
